Sydney Feldman D’Angelo, Appellate and Trial Support, Miami
Recently named to the 2026 edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for her appellate practice, D’Angelo handles appeals from initiation through briefing, oral argument, and post-opinion proceedings. She is known for her compelling writing and collaborative approach, and she has represented clients in all of Florida’s appellate courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits, and courts outside of Florida, including the Supreme Court of Georgia. In addition to her legal work, D’Angelo is dedicated to serving the community through mentorship and leadership roles in several professional organizations.
Eric A. Fluharty, Construction, Fort Myers
Fluharty is a construction and business litigation attorney representing clients navigating contracts, negotiations, and disputes across Florida. From matters ranging from contract negotiations and permitting to breach of contract and construction defect claims, Fluharty represents contractors, design and industry professionals, developers, and property owners. Drawing on his personal interest in the construction arena, Fluharty combines practical insight with strategic litigation and alternative dispute resolution to achieve efficient, client-centered outcomes.
Randell “Rick” Rowe, B.C.S., Construction, Tampa
Board-certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar and recently selected to the 2025 Florida Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, Rowe represents contractors and developers across Florida in construction law and commercial litigation matters. He handles both trial and appellate cases and advises on transactional matters, such as construction contracts, LLC agreements, and lien negotiations. Known for his client-focused approach, Rowe combines deep legal knowledge with practical solutions to navigate complex construction and commercial disputes effectively.
Vanessa T. Steinerts, Public Finance, Tampa
Steinerts, a member of the firm’s Chambers-ranked Public Finance Team, represents local governments, developers, and financial institutions throughout Florida. Serving primarily as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriters’ counsel, she provides strategic guidance to help public and private entities navigate legal, regulatory, and operational challenges in complex financing transactions. Steinerts has extensive experience in governmental law and is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. She previously served as general counsel to the Broward Clerk of Courts, as well as counsel to other local governmental entities throughout Florida.
Eric Yesner, Appellate and Trial Support, Fort Lauderdale
