Delivering strategic, results-driven litigation counsel with a focus on construction and complex commercial disputes. Combining courtroom experience with a client-first mindset to resolve matters efficiently and effectively.

With a strong foundation in litigation and construction law, Erin brings a results-oriented approach to complex legal challenges. As an associate attorney, she has developed experience representing clients in high-stakes disputes involving construction defects, insurance coverage, products liability, and commercial conflicts. She has successfully represented clients in numerous bench trials and her skill in handling complex dispositive motions has resulted in favorable outcomes for clients across various practice areas. Her attention to detail and commitment to client communication ensure that her legal strategies are both effective and aligned with her clients’ goals.

Erin’s legal career began with hands-on experience as a law clerk, where she supported partners in preparing mediation statements, responding to discovery, and drafting pleadings in high-value construction litigation. She also interned at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable courtroom exposure and deepening her litigation skills. This combination of practical experience and client-focused advocacy defines her approach to every case.

Beyond her litigation prowess, Erin is deeply committed to the Miami-Dade legal community. She currently serves as president of the Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section for the 2025-2026 term, where she leads initiatives to support professional development and community service among emerging legal professionals. Erin is also heavily involved in the Miami-Dade Section of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, contributing to its mission of advancing women in the legal profession through mentorship, education, and advocacy.
