As a senior associate in the GrayRobinson Gainesville office, Eleanor Samuels Siegel focuses her practice on securities litigation and regulatory counsel related to complex securities disputes, regulatory investigations, business disputes, and commercial litigation. She also has experience guiding clients through interaction with state and federal regulatory agencies, including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Eleanor’s commitment to excellence was evident during law school, where she served as editor for the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and contributed as a member of the Florida Moot Court Team. Complementing her academic pursuits, she gained practical experience as a judicial intern for Judge Virginia Norton of the 4th Judicial Circuit Court. In this capacity, Eleanor deepened her understanding of court operations while honing her legal research and writing skills. This experience established a strong foundation for her future in litigation as a skilled problem-solver for her clients and alongside her peers at GrayRobinson.
