Sydney D’Angelo focuses her practice on civil appeals and litigation support. A skillful writer with meticulous attention to detail, Sydney has appeared in more than fifty appeals and original proceedings in all of Florida’s appellate courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and state and federal appellate courts outside of Florida. She handles appeals from their initiation through briefing, oral argument, and post-opinion proceedings. She also regularly collaborates with trial lawyers throughout all stages of litigation to identify and preserve appellate issues.

Sydney has been recognized by organizations throughout Florida for her professionalism and skill, and she is deeply committed to mentorship and service in the professional community. She currently serves as a committee chair of the Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL), as an assistant editor for The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section's Publication Committee, and as a member of the University of Miami Moot Court Alumni Advisory Board.
