GrayRobinson is proud to announce Senior Government Affairs Advisor Robert Stuart has been appointed board chair of Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando and Osceola County, bringing deep community roots and extensive public policy experience to one of Central Florida’s leading nonprofit housing organizations.
In this capacity, Robert will lead the board of directors in setting strategic priorities, strengthening organizational governance, and supporting Habitat’s long-term vision while advancing its mission to expand access to affordable housing, revitalize neighborhoods, and empower families throughout the region.
A member of the GrayRobinson Government Affairs and Lobbying Section, Robert has a leadership role in the strategic direction of the practice, the recruitment of new business, servicing existing firm clients, and building/maintaining strong personal and working relationships with elected officials throughout Florida. While the bulk of his practice is Tallahassee-centric, he also represents clients at the local level throughout the state on matters of procurement and policy. He has significant lobbying experience in the areas of economic development, education, finance and tax, transportation, insurance, alcohol, and local government issues.
