GrayRobinson is proud to announce Gainesville Deputy Managing Shareholder Rupa Lloyd has been elected Chair of the Health Law Section of The Florida Bar for the 2025–2026 term, and Associate Attorney David Allen has been elected to the Section’s Executive Council.
The Health Law Section of The Florida Bar provides leadership, education, and resources for attorneys practicing in the complex and ever-evolving field of health law. Together, Rupa and David will help guide the Health Law Section’s initiatives, provide leadership for its members, and support legislative priorities that impact health law practice statewide.
Rupa has been advising clients in the healthcare sector for more than two decades. She is well-versed in this complex and fluid regulatory landscape and works to deliver the forward-thinking strategies necessary to identify and resolve challenges and seize opportunities for growth.
David is a skilled attorney and lobbyist focused on the intersection of law, policy, and business in the health care sector. He advises health care clients on regulatory compliance, transactional structuring, and data privacy, helping them navigate complex legal frameworks to achieve strategic business goals.
