GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Regulated Products Deputy Section Chair Grace Yang and Shareholder Chris Carmody will present at the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association's (CFHLA) Security and Safety Council webinar "Understanding SB 606: Key Updates for Public Lodging & Food Service Establishments” on Thursday, June 25, 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am ET via Zoom. Registration is free.
Grace and Chris will walk attendees through the key provisions of Senate Bill 606 (2025), the legislation that clarified transient occupancy rules for public lodging and food service establishments in Florida. Topics include revised notification requirements for removing guests, new disclosure requirements for operations charges, and updated bill and receipt guidelines for food service establishments going into effect on July 1, 2026. A 15-minute Q&A will follow, giving CFHLA members the opportunity to ask questions directly about how the changes may affect their operations.
