In response to last week’s reader poll, Ballot Beats revealed 50 percent of its readers said with the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the President of the United States and the U.S. Senate should commence their constitutional obligations and begin the appointment process now, while 50 percent said they should defer those duties until after the election.
