On the transactional side, Stephanie has developed a particular niche in handling the unique and oftentimes time-consuming and complex licensure, accreditation, and payor aspects of health care sales and acquisitions and the opening of new facilities. She works carefully with clients throughout the deal lifecycle to identify needs, manage filings, and ensure compliance for smooth and strategic transactions. Highly attuned to the regulatory framework of the industry, she also counsels clients on day-to-day operational issues, working closely with leadership, management, and regulatory teams alike to remove barriers and broker easeful solutions. She also works with clients on internal investigations and responding to governmental requests for information.
