Scott Topolski is a seasoned litigator based in the firm’s Boca Raton office, representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes across Florida’s state and federal courts. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction, and labor and employment matters, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, construction defect and delay claims, and unfair competition claims. He also defends clients in ADA-related actions, bringing a comprehensive approach to matters that often carry significant financial and operational impact.

Scott develops tailored legal strategies grounded in each client’s priorities, whether that involves efficiently resolving a dispute through mediation or advancing through trial. His courtroom experience informs a results-driven approach at every stage of litigation. As a Florida Supreme Court certified civil mediator and qualified arbitrator, and a member of the American Arbitration Association’s roster of neutrals, Scott regularly represents clients in mediation and arbitration and is well-versed in navigating matters toward favorable resolution outside of the courtroom when appropriate. He also regularly presents on issues related to insurance law, debt, and judgments.
