GrayRobinson Welcomes Commercial Litigator Scott Topolski

April 21, 2026

BOCA RATON, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Scott J. Topolski has joined the firm as a shareholder in its Litigation Section. Based in the Boca Raton office, Topolski represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial, construction, and labor and employment disputes.

“Scott brings substantial experience across commercial litigation, construction, and labor and employment matters, and his addition strengthens our team’s ability to serve clients across state and federal courts,” said GrayRobinson Litigation Section Chair Jay Brennan. “His results-driven approach and track record navigating complex disputes are a valuable asset to our litigation practice and to the clients we serve.”

Topolski’s practice covers contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, construction defect and delay claims, unfair competition claims, and Americans with Disabilities Act defense matters. As a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit civil mediator, a qualified arbitrator, and a member of the American Arbitration Association’s roster of neutrals, he regularly represents clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings and guides matters toward resolution outside the courtroom when appropriate.

“I am excited to join GrayRobinson and work alongside a team committed to client service and practical solutions,” said Topolski. “I look forward to helping clients resolve complex disputes efficiently and effectively, whether through litigation, mediation, or arbitration.”

Topolski serves as president of the Florida Lawyers Network’s Boca Raton chapter and sits on the board of directors of the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce. He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Rider University. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
