The insurance task force can assist with the following:
- Provide review and analysis of insurance policy coverage provisions to assist clients with claims for business interruption and litigation of such claims
- Provide representation and advice as well as litigation services for insurers defending against COVID-19 claims under first-party insurance policies and general liability coverage
