GrayRobinson is pleased to share its Labor and Employment Section is presenting at The Florida Bar Corporate Counsel Committee Meeting in Orlando, Fla. Shareholders Ashlea Edwards, Shannon Kelly, Deborah La Fleur, Stephanie Marchman, Sarah Reiner, Dena Sokolow, and Marlene Quintana will present the CLE session "Navigating Today's Human Resource Accommodation Requirements" and the “Employment Law Roundtable Discussions: What’s Keeping You Up at Night?”
The CLE session will provide an in-depth look at the latest accommodation requirements, covering topics, such as disability requests, remote work, return-to-office challenges, and the new legal standards for religious and pregnancy accommodations. Attendees will gain practical insights on how to stay compliant, reduce legal risk, and effectively manage accommodation requests within their organizations. The roundtable discussion will give participants the opportunity to discuss hot topics and their legal implications, such as ICE, One Big Beautiful Bill, Choice Act and FTC noncompete enforcement, and use of AI in HR. The session is approved for 2.5 general CLE hours.
