ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson is proud to announce Mark Adamczyk and Hanna Elmasry have joined the firm's Real Estate and Land Use Section. Adamczyk joins as a shareholder in the Naples office, and Elmasry joins as of counsel in the Orlando office.

Adamczyk represents condominium and homeowners' associations, property owners, and businesses in matters involving community association law, real estate, and related litigation, including governing document amendments, developer turnover, covenant enforcement, contract review, collections and liens, mediation and arbitration, and complex legal opinions. He also assists clients with real estate transactions and disputes involving property-related matters.
Adamczyk serves as a certified educator for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Condominium and HOA Board Member Certification Program and previously served as an adjunct professor of Condominium and HOA Law at Ave Maria School of Law, training board members and practitioners across Florida’s condominium and homeowners’ association industry. He is also a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section. Adamczyk earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Tulane University. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia.
Elmasry advises developers, hospitality companies, national homebuilders, commercial builders, and other businesses on land use and commercial real estate matters throughout the life cycle of a project. She assists clients with zoning, entitlements, permitting, redevelopment, environmental compliance and remediation, and interactions with municipal, county, and state governmental agencies. She previously served on the City of Orlando’s Appearance Review Board, providing her with valuable insight into local development review and approval processes.
Elmasry also represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, and leasing. Her transactional practice includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, conducting title and survey review, preparing and negotiating other real estate and development documents, and representing both landlords and tenants in leasing matters. The clients she has represented range from restaurant chains and hospitality companies to national builders and affordable housing developers.
Elmasry previously served on the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools. She earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. She is admitted to practice in Florida.
