Hanna Elmasry advises clients on a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, development, leasing, land use, and entitlement issues. She represents developers, hospitality companies, home builders, and other businesses throughout the life cycle of real estate projects, guiding clients from due diligence and contract negotiations through approvals, closings, and post-closing matters. Hanna assists clients with purchase and sale agreements, title and survey reviews, easements, restrictive covenants, and other transactional documents, helping them identify risks and navigate complex real estate considerations. She also assists developers, landlords, and tenants, including restaurant chains and affordable housing developers, with leasing work by reviewing Letters of Intent, preparing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with Florida law, and managing due diligence prior to lease commencement.

Hanna assists clients with zoning, permitting, entitlements, and redevelopment initiatives, working with developers and governmental entities to navigate local zoning laws and obtain necessary approvals. She is proficient in navigating nuanced city and county regulatory frameworks, securing approvals, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal land use and environmental laws. Her experience includes representing clients in connection with commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and other development projects, as well as advising on environmental compliance matters, remediation efforts, and interactions with state agencies. As a member of the firm’s hospitality practice, Hanna advises clients on real estate and operational matters involving hospitality and leisure development projects, including structuring, leasing, management agreements, and other commercial arrangements.

Drawing on experience across a variety of industries, she advises national home and commercial builders and developers involved in complex real estate initiatives. She works with clients on redevelopment projects and matters requiring coordination with local governments and regulatory agencies. Hanna also served as a member of the City of Orlando’s Appearance Review Board, contributing to matters involving design standards and community development.
