Mark Adamczyk represents condominium and homeowners’ associations, property owners, and businesses in matters involving community association law, real estate, and related litigation. Drawing from his background in real estate, Mark handles a variety of matters involving condominium and homeowners’ associations, including governing document amendments, developer turnover, covenant enforcement, contract review, collections and liens, mediation and arbitration, and complex legal opinions. He also assists clients with real estate transactions and disputes involving property-related matters.

Mark approaches each matter with an emphasis on clear communication and practical advice, helping clients understand complex legal issues and available options. He regularly works with community associations, boards, and property managers to address governance matters, operational concerns, and legal challenges affecting their communities.

In addition to his legal practice, Mark is committed to sharing his knowledge of community association law through education and writing. He previously served as an adjunct professor of Condominium and HOA Law at Ave Maria School of Law and regularly provides updates and education on legal developments affecting condominium and homeowners’ associations.
