GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate part-time Administrative Assistant opening in our Orlando office. The successful candidate must have 2+ years of experience, law firm or other professional services organization experience a plus; be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; observe business etiquette; maintain a professional appearance; and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Primary duties and responsibilities may include answering and routing telephone calls, taking messages, sending emails, and performing administrative tasks. This role requires outstanding customer service and responsiveness to clients. Necessary computer skills also include a high level of computer competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the ability to learn practice management software.
