MIAMI, Fla. – GrayRobinson is proud to share Shareholders Veronica Meza and Sydney D'Angelo and were installed in new leadership roles with the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL).

Meza was elected as newsletter editor, an officer position within MDFAWL's leadership structure. She has served on the MDFAWL Board of Directors and as co-chair of the Website Committee, and steps into this role with a strong foundation in the organization's communications and membership engagement.

D'Angelo was elected to join MDFAWL's Board of Directors. She brings deep institutional knowledge to the role, having served the chapter in committee leadership for several years, including as co-chair of the Courtroom Access Committee.

Based in the Miami office, Meza represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, banking litigation, and class actions. Meza represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts, and has argued on behalf of clients before the American Arbitration Association and in cross-border disputes before the International Center for Dispute Resolution.

Based in the Miami office, D'Angelo focuses her practice on civil appeals and litigation support. She represents clients in appeals and original proceedings in all of Florida's appellate courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and state and federal appellate courts across the country. D'Angelo has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as a 2026 Ones to Watch honoree, by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, and by the Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyer Section as a 40 Under 40 honoree.
