Kayla S. Manning is an associate attorney handling defense litigation matters primarily involving labor and employment. She represents clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, supporting all phases of litigation. Her work in the defense of claims arising under FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and the Florida Civil Rights Act, includes drafting dispositive motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related filings, as well as advising clients on workplace compliance and internal business policies.

Before joining GrayRobinson, Kayla gained valuable experience in defense matters related to premises and automotive liability claims within the hospitality and retail sectors. Additionally, she assisted with depositions, hearings, expert coordination, trial preparation, and case strategy, which helped her develop into a strong advocate for her clients.
