Kayla S. Manning is an associate attorney handling defense litigation matters primarily involving labor and employment. She represents clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, supporting all phases of litigation. Her work in the defense of claims arising under FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and the Florida Civil Rights Act, includes drafting dispositive motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related filings, as well as advising clients on workplace compliance and internal business policies.

Kayla’s practice comprises defense matters involving the hospitality, higher education, and retail sectors, including premises liability and automotive liability claims, where she assists with depositions, hearings, expert coordination, trial preparation, and case strategy.
