This leadership role reflects Weinstock's dedication to the legal community and her commitment to serving the Miami-Dade Bar and its members. As a director, she will help guide the organization's initiatives and further its mission of supporting the local legal profession.
Based in the firm's Miami office, Weinstock focuses her practice on construction and complex commercial litigation, representing clients in high-stakes disputes involving construction defects, insurance coverage, products liability, and commercial conflicts, with successful outcomes in bench trials and complex dispositive motions. Deeply committed to the South Florida legal community, she currently serves as president of the Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section for the 2025-2026 term and is actively involved in the Miami-Dade Section of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star, a Miami-Dade Bar Circle of Excellence Rising Leader in Construction Litigation, and a recipient of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division 36 Under Thirty-Six Professionalism Award.
