Tampa, Fla. – December 7, 2020 – Attorney Richard M. Blau, shareholder and chair of GrayRobinson’s alcohol beverage law, food law, and cannabis industry law groups, authored the Cannabis Law Report article "Law Firm MORE Act Passes Opinion: Richard M. Blau, Chairman Cannabis Law and Regulated Products Department." In his article, Blau discusses the U.S. House of Representatives vote to pass the Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act (MORE Act) which would decriminalize cannabis and clear the way to erase nonviolent federal marijuana convictions.
