GrayRobinson Labor and Employment Attorneys Sarah Reiner and Susan Spradley Speak at ELA 2025 Annual Global Membership Conference

GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Sarah Reiner and Attorney Susan Spradley spoke at the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) 2025 Annual Global Membership Conference. The conference brought together employment law leaders from around the world to exchange insights, strengthen global relationships, and explore the evolving landscape of workplace law – from AI and workforce transformation to inclusion, compliance, geopolitical economics, and cross-border collaboration. 

During Sarah’s session on “What's Keeping You Up at Night?," she offered a thoughtful member’s perspective on emerging challenges employers face with respect to privacy issues, restrictive covenants, AI, internal investigations and employee recruitment and retention, as well as practical approaches for addressing those challenges in today’s rapidly changing business environment. 

Meanwhile, Susan highlighted strategies for leveraging ELA membership to expand international business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and enhance collaboration across jurisdictions during her session on “International Business and How to Capitalize on Your ELA Membership.”

Sarah’s employment law and litigation practice spans twenty-four years and she is based in the firm’s Orlando office. Sarah counsels private and public employers throughout the state on workplace policy and compliance issues, conducts internal HR investigations and management training, and aids clients with DOL, OSHA and similar agency audits. Sarah’s management employment practice also includes litigating employment related claims at the agency, state, and federal levels. She supports clients in various industries navigating contract and noncompete disputes, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, and wage and hour claims, as well as actions arising under various other employment laws. 

Also located in the firm’s Orlando office, Susan has been guiding and protecting employers, HR professionals, and in-house counsel throughout Florida for more than thirty years. Her expertise encompasses all aspects of management employment law, including day-to-day preventative counseling, training, litigation, and representation before state and local agencies. Susan works with private and public employers across various sectors, including health care, higher education, religious and nonprofit, transportation, and government, among others.
