MIAMI, Fla. – GrayRobinson is proud to announce Erin K. Weinstock has joined the firm’s Litigation practice as an associate attorney on the Construction Team. Based in the Miami office, Weinstock focuses on strategic, results-driven litigation, concentrating on construction law and complex commercial disputes. She leverages her courtroom experience and client-centric approach to resolve high-stakes matters efficiently.
Weinstock’s practice is built on a solid foundation of construction and commercial law. She is adept at handling high-stakes legal challenges, including construction defects, insurance coverage, products liability, and commercial conflicts. Her successful representation in numerous bench trials, along with her advanced skillset in dispositive motions have led to favorable outcomes for clients across various sectors. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and strong client communication, Weinstock ensures her legal strategies align with clients’ objectives while pursuing the most efficient, impactful resolutions.
Weinstock began her legal career as a law clerk, assisting senior partners with mediation, discovery, and drafting pleadings in high-value construction cases. She further developed her litigation skills through an internship at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, gaining hands-on courtroom experience. This combination of practical exposure and client-focused advocacy shaped her approach to every case.
Weinstock earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida. Licensed to practice in Florida, she is deeply involved in the Miami-Dade legal community. Currently serving as president of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section (MDC YLS), she has held various leadership roles since 2022. Weinstock is also a board member of the Claims Litigation Management (CLM), Miami-Dade Chapter, and chairs the Social Media Committee for the Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers. In 2025, she received numerous accolades, including The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division’s “36 Under Thirty-Six Professionalism Award,” recognition as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star, and was named one of Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ "Women to Watch."
