GrayRobinson today announced Shareholder Fabian Ruiz has joined the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) Board of Directors for the 2023-2024 membership year, effective Wednesday, June 14, 2023. Fellow GrayRobinson colleague and Labor and Employment Section Chair Marlene Quintana swore him in. In this role, Fabian will work with other board members to increase diversity in the judiciary and legal community, and support the indigent community through the funding and administration of an effective pro bono legal assistance project and other community programs. Fabian is located in the firm’s Miami office, where he focuses his practice on representing domestic and foreign businesses and their executives in commercial disputes and defense of complex labor and employment matters. He also litigates contractual matters, high-stakes trade secrets, non-compete, and unfair competition matters and defends against whistleblower, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims.
