She is frequently engaged in matters involving significant claimed damages and has achieved favorable resolutions in cases involving public entities, high levels of media attention, and sovereign immunity defenses, as well as claims barred by contractual choice-of-law provisions and statutes of limitation. She also assists clients with large-scale infrastructure disputes, including the preparation of certified claims submitted to public agencies.
