David Allen is a skilled attorney and lobbyist whose practice operates at the intersection of law, policy, and business, particularly within the highly regulated health care sector. As a member of both the firm’s Business and Government Affairs and Lobbying practices, David advises health care clients on regulatory compliance, transactional structuring, and data privacy and security. His in-depth knowledge of state and federal health care law allows him to help clients navigate complex legal frameworks while advancing strategic business objectives.

Complementing his legal practice, David brings meaningful experience in public policy and legislative advocacy, lobbying on behalf of clients to help achieve their legislative and funding goals during each Florida legislative session. Having served as a legislative assistant in the Florida House of Representatives and as a campaign manager for state-level elected officials, David’s background gives him unique insight into the legislative process and the political dynamics that shape policy impacting health care and other regulated industries. He leverages this dual legal and political perspective to deliver practical, results-oriented counsel that helps clients manage risk and seize opportunity.
