MIAMI, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Attorney David Allen has been selected as a 2026 Top 10 Under 40 honoree by The Florida Bar Health Law Section.
Now in its second year, the Top 10 Under 40 program recognizes attorneys under 40 who have distinguished themselves through professional achievement, community service, and contributions to Florida's health law community. Honorees are selected based on their professional accomplishments, commitment to service, and active involvement in the Health Law Section and the broader legal profession. Allen joins nine other honorees from across Florida who will be recognized at a formal presentation during The Florida Bar Convention this month in Orlando.
Based in the firm's Miami office, Allen focuses his practice on health care law, government affairs and lobbying, corporate matters, and data privacy and security. He advises health care clients on regulatory compliance, transactional structuring, and data privacy, drawing on his background as a former legislative assistant in the Florida House of Representatives and campaign manager for state-level elected officials. Allen currently serves on the Health Law Section's Executive Council and co-chairs its Legislative Committee. He has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as a 2026 Ones to Watch honoree and was named a Rising Star by INFLUENCE Magazine in 2024.
