TAMPA, FL – October 1, 2019 – Richard M. Blau and Hannah Becker, members of GrayRobinson’s National Alcohol Beverage Law group, will be speaking at the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators (NCSLA) 2019 Northern/Southern Regional Conference on October 20-23, 2019 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference will cover a number of diverse issues centered around "big ideas," including discussions of sponsorship agreements, the rise of the retail tier, large venue challenges, alcohol delivery, cannabis education, ethics, and professionalism.
Richard will be discussing the historic Tennessee Wine & Spirits Retailers v. Thomas case and the potential impact it will have on liquor regulation for years to come as a panelist on the “The Rise of the Retail Tier and the Impact of Tennessee Wine & Spirits Retailers v. Thomas” session on October 22. Hannah will be taking part in the "Hot Topics" conference panel on October 21 in which she and the rest of the panelists will cover the newest topics in the alcohol beverage industry.
