Hannah is a senior associate in GrayRobinson’s Tampa law firm office and a member of the firm’s nationwide alcohol beverage and food law department. Hannah’s practice concentrates on advising companies and entrepreneurs in heavily-regulated industries with regard to compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations that govern the manufacturing, importation, distribution, marketing, sale and consumption of alcohol beverages, and other regulated products. She has worked with various food and alcohol manufacturers and retailers, members of the hospitality industry, third-party providers, and companies and individuals from each of America’s three-tier system of alcohol distribution concerning licensing, regulatory, business, and trade practice issues.

Hannah has experience assisting her clients with issues pertaining to zoning and land use. She has represented a number of clients in obtaining local alcohol beverage conditional and special use approvals and variances in various localities in Florida, as well as other states. She oversees the entire process, including pre-development due diligence, the preparation and submission of various applications, coordinating public notice, and attending public hearings on behalf of clients.

Hannah has also gained significant experience in providing alcohol licensing and regulatory support for major mergers and acquisitions in the hospitality industry, drafting sponsorship and promotional agreements, providing counsel to businesses engaging in alcohol delivery and shipment, label review for alcohol beverage products, including low-ABV beverages regulated by FDA, and providing support on tax-related issues in the alcohol industry.
