GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., is seeking a full-time Commercial Litigation Paralegal for our Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience; construction and trial experience are a plus.
Keen attention to detail, including effective proofreading and drafting skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, and excellent organizational skills, are essential for this position. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills — both verbal and written. Routine duties include drafting pleadings, calendaring key dates, experience with e-discovery software and other day-to-day case management duties. Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), PDF programs (Adobe, Kofax PowerPDF), and other document review software to assist with Bates labeling, records review, and high-volume document productions.
