Office Administrator

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Orlando office for an experienced Office Administrator with 7+ years of experience in a law firm. This position provides office administration support to our Orlando and Lakeland offices in the following operational areas:

  • Human Resources
  • Facilities Management
  • Office Services
  • Accounting

Required critical skills include the ability to identify and analyze issues, recommend and implement solutions; display effective interpersonal skills to maintain successful relationships with employees of all levels; and the ability to multi-task with keen attention to detail.

Successful candidate will have the ability to anticipate potential conflict and reach satisfactory resolution, with demonstrated leadership in coaching, motivating, and developing staff in a professional and collaborative manner. This role also necessitates regular commutes to our Lakeland office. A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent certification/experience in a legal environment, is required.
