GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Miami office for a full-time experienced, Commercial Litigation Paralegal. Successful candidate must be a Florida Registered Paralegal or demonstrate eligibility for registration. Position requires 5+ years of complex commercial litigation practice experience (state and federal court), keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and excellent organizational, communication and technology skills. Routine duties include drafting pleadings, calendaring key dates, experience with e-discovery software and other day-to-day case management duties. Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
