TAMPA, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Alecia Ingram has joined its Public Finance Team as of counsel. Based in the Tampa office, Ingram will be an addition to the firm's Public Finance Team, recently ranked No. 1 in Florida by Refinitiv for the volume of issuer disclosure counsel transactions.
Ingram focuses her practice on all aspects of public finance transactions, including bond counsel and disclosure counsel. She has extensive experience preparing critical documents, such as offering materials, bond purchase agreements, continuing disclosure agreements, material event notices, and disclosure policies and procedures. She is also proficient in conducting due diligence investigations of issuers and overseeing review of ongoing compliance with Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ingram frequently represents cities and counties, school boards, universities, underwriters, and banks, as well as utility, airport, and housing authorities.
Ingram received her Juris Doctor from Stetson College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee and in Florida before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts. She is an active member of The Florida Bar, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Women in Public Finance Florida Chapter.
Ingram is the most recent addition to the GrayRobinson Public Finance Team, which added Vanessa Steinerts earlier this year.
