Vanessa Michaud focuses her practice on intellectual property law and litigation involving trademarks, copyrights, patents, and related agreements. She works with businesses and innovators to develop and evaluate strategies for protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights at all stages. Vanessa also has experience in handling trademark and copyright prosecution matters and representing clients in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board disputes and commercial litigation.

Vanessa's legal career includes experience at a boutique intellectual property firm and at a large commercial litigation firm, as well as experience as a student attorney with the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Clinic in law school. Additionally, her background in the arts, with past experiences at a Spanish broadcast network and performing arts organizations, provides her with a unique perspective that positions her to recognize the importance of proprietary rights.
