Taylor Lewis focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction defect. She represents developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in disputes arising from residential and commercial construction projects, including in multi-party claims involving subrogation issues and insurance matters such as OCIP and CCIP structures.

Taylor assists clients through all phases of litigation, from early case evaluation through resolution. Her work includes drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, conducting depositions of fact, expert, and corporate representative witnesses, and participating in hearings, mediations, and site inspections as part of the litigation process.
