Stephen Luongo represents clients in complex civil litigation involving commercial disputes, construction and development claims, business litigation, product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims. His practice encompasses deciphering complex scenarios at various stages of litigation, from initial case assessment and strategy through trial.

Stephen handles national mass tort matters, including prior work on several large-scale, high-profile cases. He served on trial teams involved in the National Prescription Opiate Litigation and 3M Combat Arms Earplug Litigation, helping to secure millions of dollars in recoveries for clients.

Stephen began his legal career as an assistant state attorney in Florida’s 1st Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted matters involving Sunshine Law violations, violent crimes, traffic homicides, and first-degree murder charges. He later served as a special prosecutor and led the office’s traffic homicide division. His background as a prosecutor continues to inform his approach to case strategy, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.
