Nikki Bhavsar helps construction clients understand and plan for risk. As construction continues to surge across the state, Nikki represents design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, and owners as they navigate labor challenges and regulatory pitfalls. 
Nikki assists clients with construction defect actions, lien and payment disputes, personal injury claims, contract interpretation and issues, and construction delay claims. She also provides drafting support for complex construction and design contracts, as well as development of risk management actions. Delivering a continuity of care over the course of a construction project, Nikki guides clients through the administration of contracts, legal management of issues that may arise, and proper dispute resolution procedures.
