Nikki is a senior associate in the firm’s Orlando office. Her practice focuses on construction, contract, and litigation matters. She primarily represents design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, and owners in construction defect actions, lien and payment disputes, personal injury claims, contract disputes, and construction delay claims. She also assists clients with drafting complex construction and design contracts and risk management actions.

  • Background

    Nikki graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology, as well as a Certificate in Leadership Studies. She continued on to attend law school at Florida State University College of Law, where she was actively involved with the Florida State University Law Review. Nikki graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law and practiced in North Florida before moving to Orlando. 

    Originally from Windermere, Florida, Nikki enjoys going to Walt Disney World, watching the U.S. women’s national soccer team, and spending time with her mini goldendoodle, Shamrock James.
