Jennifer Higley Spath represents businesses, individuals, and insurers in complex civil and commercial disputes. Her work in insurance defense includes strategic legal counsel on complex claims, coverage disputes, regulatory compliance, and litigation defense. Skilled in risk assessment, policy interpretation, and navigating state and federal insurance regulations, Jennifer manages high-stakes cases, working closely with claims professionals and in-house counsel to protect her clients’ interests, minimize exposure, and ensure efficient resolution of disputes through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, or trial.

Jennifer’s litigation prowess is grounded in her experience as an assistant state attorney for Florida’s 10th Judicial Circuit, where she served as lead trial counsel in the felony division, prosecuting cases such as armed burglary, robbery, drug trafficking, and DUI manslaughter. Through her work, she found purpose serving as a fierce advocate and trusted liaison for victims, their family members, and community partners.

Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Jennifer worked as the chief policy analyst for a Central Florida nonprofit serving foster children.
