GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Nikki Day presented "Powering the Future: AI and The Next Generation of Data Centers" at the Florida Association of County Attorneys (FACA) 2026 Annual CLE Seminar. 

The session explored the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure and data center development, offering county attorneys practical insight into the opportunities and challenges these emerging technologies present for local governments. The FACA Annual CLE Seminar brings together county attorneys from across Florida for two days of continuing legal education on the most pressing issues facing local government law. 

Based in the firm’s Tampa office, Nikki brings over a decade of dedicated experience representing local government entities in a wide array of legal matters. Board-certified by The Florida Bar in City, County, and Local Government Law, she provides invaluable counsel on capital projects, procurement, contracts, land use, zoning, and public private partnerships. Nikki also holds a Certificate in the Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and a Certificate in Agentic AI from the Harvard Data Science Initiative.
