GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Gary Resnick was a panelist at the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association's (FMAA) 43rd Annual Seminar in Boca Raton, Fla. Gary joined fellow industry professionals for an in-depth discussion on land use laws.

The session, “Telecommunications Laws and Local Governments,” covered key federal and state laws that impact how municipalities manage telecommunications infrastructure. Topics included the Telecommunications Act of 1996, the Spectrum Act of 2012, Florida’s “shot clock” regulations, and other developments affecting local zoning authority, permitting timelines, and compliance obligations. Gary provided practical insights to help municipal attorneys navigate the intersection of federal mandates and local governance.
