FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Kevin Kane has joined its Real Estate and Land Use Section in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.
Kane focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the facilitation of land, loan, and equity closings. He also has experience representing clients in leasing, mergers, acquisitions, and general commercial transactions. Kane frequently provides counsel to commercial real estate and business clients in need of assistance throughout the transaction process.
Kane received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Business from Eckerd College. He is a dual citizen of the United States and Germany and is fluent in English and German.
