GrayRobinson Shareholder Sean Combs testified before the Florida Senate Commerce Committee, in his capacity chair of The Florida Bar's Intellectual Property Committee, regarding proposed trademark legislation (Senate Bill 696 / House Bill 679). If passed into law the legislation would modernize Florida's trademark system, including allowing online trademark registration and renewals. It is a significant change and would facilitate system access to Florida citizens and intellectual property practitioners.
