GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Shareholder Jason Rigoli will present "Administering PI Assets in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy" at the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees' (NABT) Trustee Assistant Brunch N' Learn series on October 2, 2026, from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm ET via Zoom.
Jason's session will cover the trustee's handling of personal injury claims as estate assets, including classifying prepetition and unscheduled claims, resolving medical provider liens, navigating state and federal exemptions, and retaining special counsel to pursue recovery.
Based in the firm's Boca Raton office, Jason represents businesses, business owners, fiduciaries, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial litigation matters. He advises clients facing financial distress, insolvency, and business disputes, developing practical strategies that protect assets, maximize recoveries, and position clients to achieve their long-term business objectives. Jason is active in the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida, the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and both the Palm Beach County and South Palm Beach County Bar Associations.
