Bridging financial insight and insolvency laws to address the needs of individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Assessing operational dynamics, ownership structures, and financial objectives to develop informed approaches to bankruptcy matters.

Jason Rigoli represents businesses, business owners, fiduciaries, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial litigation matters. He advises clients confronting financial distress, insolvency, and business disputes, developing practical legal strategies that protect assets, maximize recoveries, and position clients to achieve their long-term business objectives.

Jason's practice spans corporate reorganizations, liquidations, business restructurings, bankruptcy litigation, creditors' rights, assignments for the benefit of creditors, commercial litigation, and appellate matters. He represents debtors, Chapter 7 trustees, creditors, and other parties in interest in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, including Subchapter V, and Chapter 13 proceedings, guiding clients through every stage of the insolvency process.

Drawing upon both legal and financial analysis, Jason evaluates the operational, ownership, and economic issues underlying each engagement to identify efficient and commercially sound solutions. Whether counseling a distressed business seeking to reorganize, a fiduciary administering complex estate assets, or a creditor protecting its interests, he tailors his approach to the practical realities of each matter while remaining focused on achieving favorable outcomes.

Because financially distressed matters frequently evolve into contested litigation, Jason maintains an active bankruptcy and commercial litigation practice. He regularly represents clients in adversary proceedings, avoidance actions, contested matters, appeals, and other disputes arising both inside and outside the bankruptcy courts. His ability to integrate restructuring strategy with litigation advocacy allows him to address complex issues that extend beyond traditional bankruptcy proceedings.

Jason represents clients in matters involving significant asset recoveries, large-scale insolvency proceedings, and sophisticated commercial disputes, including bankruptcy estates and reorganizations involving tens of millions of dollars in assets. His experience enables him to provide strategic counsel to businesses and fiduciaries navigating some of their most challenging financial and operational circumstances.
