GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Kellie Caggiano will be a featured speaker at the 32nd Annual West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar, on May 15, 2026, in Anaheim, California.
Kellie will present "Southern CD – Not so Charming," exploring the nuances and challenges of construction defect practice in the Southern United States. Since 1993, the West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar has served as the premier gathering for construction defect professionals nationwide, bringing together attorneys, insurers, builders, contractors, and claims professionals for two days of substantive programming and networking.
Based in the firm’s Tampa office, Kellie is a member of the GrayRobinson Construction Team. With over two decades of experience, she focuses on construction defect litigation, professional liability defense, and wrongful death and personal injury defense for construction entities. Board-certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar, she brings more than two decades of experience defending contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals in complex matters throughout Florida, regularly handling claims exceeding $10 million from case inception through trial. Caggiano has been instrumental in shaping Florida's statute of repose through trial-level and appellate victories, including published opinions from Florida's Second, Third, and Fourth District Courts of Appeal.
