GrayRobinson Shareholder Ken McArthur to Guest Lecture at USF Taneja College of Pharmacy Jurisprudence Course

GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Ken McArthur will present “FDCA Issues Raised in the Brand Name Prescription Drugs Antitrust Litigation and the Impact on Pharmacy Practice” as part of the University of South Florida Taneja College of Pharmacy Jurisprudence course for third-year PharmD students. The session will take place Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. 

In this session, Ken will bring to life real federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) issues he has encountered in his practice, illustrating how the foundational statutory framework is applied in real-world situations. Highlighting a case study, Ken will discuss the nature of the alleged violations and practical compliance insights that future pharmacists can use to recognize red flags and prevent similar problems in their professional practice. 

Based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, Ken focuses his practice on health care litigation, counseling, and consulting on a national level. He has over 31 years of experience working in the health care sector and has assisted thousands of health care sector participants throughout the U.S, including professionals, businesses, associations, and government entities, in a broad spectrum of legal and government relations matters.
