GrayRobinson Shareholder and Appellate and Trial Support Team Leader Jack Reiter will present “Brief Writing for the Third DCA” as part of a panel discussion at the Appellate Practice Section of The Florida Bar Practicing Before the Florida Third District Court of Appeal 2022 seminar on Friday, October 28, 2022, at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, Fla. The all-day CLE seminar is designed to enhance appellate practitioner skills at any court. The course will give attendees opportunity to hear directly from current and former judges on the Third District as well as court staff and appellate specialists practicing throughout the Third District. How-to panel discussions will cover everything from motion practice to oral argument and practicing attorneys will cover some of the hot button substantive trends at the Court, while judges and court staff will provide insight on how a case moves through the Court.
