The presentation covered various topics related to student athletes, including the Name, Image, and Likeness policy adopted by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) last year, the history of challenges to NCAA amateurism rules, history of the NLRB GC Memoranda on college athletes as employees, union election rules, and an overview of jurisdiction under the NLRA.
