John P. Thomas, II, Regulated Products, Tampa
Thomas is a member of GrayRobinson's national Alcohol Law Team, ranked Band 1 for Food & Beverages: Alcohol in USA-Nationwide by the 2026 Chambers USA Guide. He counsels manufacturers, importers, distributors, retailers, and hospitality businesses on the regulatory requirements governing the production, distribution, marketing, and sale of beer, wine, and spirits, extending that guidance into the cannabis, hemp, and food and beverage sectors. He also advises clients in the cruise and maritime industries on related regulatory and licensing matters.
Andrew J. Wozniak, Litigation, Naples
Recognized in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers in America for Corporate Law, Wozniak has represented clients in Southwest Florida litigation matters since 2006. His practice spans real estate, construction, and commercial disputes, including foreclosures, creditor and debtor law, construction defect claims, community association disputes, and probate and trust litigation.
