PENSACOLA, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to announce it has appointed Joseph A. Passeretti, B.C.S., as managing shareholder of its Pensacola office.
“Since opening our doors in Pensacola in December 2024, Joe has been a driving force in establishing GrayRobinson’s presence in the Northwest Florida community,” said GrayRobinson President and CEO Dean Cannon. “We said from day one that we were planting our flag here, not just adding an office, and Joe exemplifies that notion through nearly two decades of civic leadership in this community. We are confident in the leadership he will bring to our Pensacola team in this new role.”

Passeretti joined GrayRobinson as part of the founding team that launched the firm’s Pensacola office in December 2024. He represents clients in complex civil litigation across state and federal courts, with a practice focused on construction law, contract and commercial disputes, and employment law. He is board-certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law and has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers for his work in construction litigation.
A longtime leader in the Pensacola Community, Passeretti is a past president of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, having previously served as its president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary, and he chaired The Florida Bar Construction Certification Committee in 2023-2024.
Passeretti earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Huntingdon College, and is admitted to practice in Florida and Colorado, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
